Checks may be written to Global ACCORD to support individual mission participants, using the cover note linked below. This form should be completed and included with the donation. Please write the name of the participant you are supporting on the printed form only. Please write only the name of the approved mission project (not the individual) on the memo line of your check.

HONORING YOUR PREFERENCE: It is the intent and desire of Global ACCORD to provide for the work of missionaries and approved mission projects through your generosity and in keeping with your preferences. Your tax-deductible donations are given with the understanding that Global ACCORD has complete discretion and control over the use of all donated funds.
